Lead DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Transforming infrastructure into a scalable, self-service platform, the full-time Lead DevOps Engineer will architect and manage a robust, secure environment using AWS and GCP while enabling both engineering and non-engineering teams to deploy applications efficiently in a hybrid work setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standardize and organize existing infrastructure using Terraform for a fully versioned and modular setup
• Architect and implement sophisticated authorization and access control models for compute resources
• Design and build tooling to empower non-engineering departments to manage applications within secure environments

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with AWS and GCP, particularly in ECS and multi-cloud integration
• Deep knowledge of IAM, OAuth, and resource-level authorization in complex environments
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with a strong focus on Terraform
• Strong background in CI/CD best practices and operational excellence
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
