Lead DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance deployment processes, the contract Lead DevOps Engineer will work remotely, maintaining and improving existing build and deployment systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams and enforcing best practices for security and reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Maintains and improves existing build and deployment processes across all products
- Collaborates with Application Developers and QA Engineers to create deployment best practices
- Designs and deploys new application components and infrastructures while implementing a continuous integration environment
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Java, Jenkins, Maven, and Spring
- Experience with automated builds and deployments
- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks
- Ability to evaluate and implement new tools and technologies for continuous integration
- Experience in leading build and deploy activities in quality assurance and production environments
