Lead DevOps Engineer with Security Clearance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join their team and shape the future of IT Operations Management (ITOM) delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly deployments and upgrades of the ITOM SaaS suite across 20+ global data centers, including AWS GovCloud
• Oversee semi-annual upgrades of services like Victoria Metrics, OpenSearch, Redis, and Kafka across multiple cloud platforms
• Migrate customers between ITOM instances, apply hotfixes, implement change requests, and resolve service requests

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in a DevOps role
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and Shell scripting
• Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Spinnaker
