Lead Digital Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the development and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Digital Innovation Platform (EDIP) and related scientific software solutions, the full-time Lead Digital Product Manager in R&D will coordinate activities across Materials Division R&D, translating stakeholder needs into actionable product roadmaps and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of digital solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the EDIP and scientific software product roadmap in collaboration with R&D leadership and IT
- Coordinate end-to-end development, deployment, and improvement activities for digital solutions across R&D
- Translate business requirements into clear product capabilities and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or related roles
- Experience in translating business needs into product requirements and delivery plans
- Working knowledge of R&D workflows, scientific data, and AI/ML-enabled applications
- Strong project execution skills, including risk management and stakeholder alignment
