Lead Digital Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex digital initiatives, the full-time salaried Lead Digital Project Manager will oversee website redesigns and enhancements while ensuring collaboration between marketing and technology teams in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project teams, developing project plans, timelines, and budgets to align with organizational goals
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, monitoring performance and adjusting plans as needed to address risks and resource constraints
• Act as a key connector between MarComms and Technology, supporting the rollout of new frameworks and capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading large, complex, cross-functional projects with successful delivery in fast-paced environments
• Strong experience partnering with business and technology teams, translating between technical and non-technical audiences
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build trust and influence at all organizational levels
• Experience supporting digital initiatives such as website development or marketing technology ecosystems is strongly preferred
• PMP or equivalent certification is strongly preferred
