Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Director - Software Development Engineering (Network Services).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direction and guidance to technology teams on rebates software products and applications
• Manage the delivery of IT initiatives, ensuring quality, design, timeliness, and budget adherence
• Establish and maintain effective communication with business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in a matrixed organization with a focus on technical leadership and application development
• 7+ years of experience leading full-stack engineering teams and executing long-term technology strategies
• 5+ years of experience with a tech stack including Angular, TypeScript, SpringBoot, Java, and cloud platforms
• 5+ years of fiscal management experience with capital and operating expense budgets
• 7+ years of experience partnering across the organization to lead enterprise initiatives
