Lead Director of Value-Based Contracting

Job Summary

To develop and manage the Value-Based Network for the Central Region, the full-time Lead Director of Value-Based Contracting will establish productive relationships with key network providers, negotiate complex contracts, and oversee the complete value-based contracting cycle while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with provider partners to create innovative value-based solutions
• Manage the complete value-based contracting cycle, including planning, negotiation, and implementation of contracts
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans and monitor contract performance to meet value-based objectives

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience negotiating value-based contracts with complex provider systems
• Proven ability to develop executive summaries and identify cost-mitigation opportunities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a matrixed organization and achieving consensus
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
