Lead Dispatcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Dispatcher to ensure timely transportation services for Medicaid recipients.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure enforcement of contract regulations for transportation providers
• Oversee trip assignment processes and support Customer Advocate teams
• Develop alternative transportation options and assist with driver training programs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Four (4) plus years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
• Familiarity with Medicaid guidelines and covered services
• Knowledge of non-emergency transportation services is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
