Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Operations Center Lead Dispatcher.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the intake, triage, coordination, and closure of maintenance work orders
• Dispatch and coordinate with service vendors while monitoring work order status
• Provide proactive client communication regarding work order progress and updates

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in dispatch, operations coordination, or service management
• Experience managing high volume work orders in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms or ticketing systems
• Comfort operating in a phone-intensive role using VOIP systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
