Lead Dispute Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Dispute Specialist, Patient Financing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on patient financing products and procedures
• Monitor and address lender complaints and Patient Satisfaction escalations
• Lead the resolution of escalated complaints and disputes, ensuring cross-functional alignment

Qualifications:

• Education Level: Associate degree or equivalent related experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Extensive experience in managing and analyzing detailed reports and performance data
• Working knowledge of healthcare and dental industry (preferred but not required)
• Experience in creating training resources and facilitating training sessions preferred
