Job Summary
To support law firms in optimizing their intake processes, the full-time Lead Docket Implementation Specialist will customize and implement Lead Docket, Filevine, and Vinesign systems while providing ongoing support and improvements in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Customize and implement Lead Docket, Filevine, and Vinesign systems based on client needs
- Build and update task flows, document generation templates, and configure intake logic and workflows
- Provide post-launch support, maintain documentation, and ensure data integrity through testing and cleanup
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with Lead Docket, Filevine, or Vinesign (or similar CRMs)
- Familiarity with law firm operations, preferably in personal injury or high-volume firms
- Experience in technical implementation, automations, or intake systems
- Confident working in fast-paced, client-facing roles
- Ability to write SOPs or technical documentation
