Lead Duck Creek Developer

Job Summary

As a remote full-time Lead Duck Creek Developer, the candidate will shape the strategy, design, and delivery of complex insurance technology solutions, leading the development of innovative product models and scalable architectures within the Commercial Lines IT organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of product model solutions and platform configurations across the policy ecosystem
• Collaborate with business partners to evaluate new needs and conduct proofs of concept
• Take ownership of technical solutions from early planning through handoff to delivery teams

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years of related work experience programming and supporting software applications
• OR completion of a technical training program and a minimum of 6 years of related work experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field and a minimum of 6 years of related work experience
• Strong understanding of Duck Creek architecture, configuration, and manuscript design
• Experience implementing headless, API-driven, or custom UI solutions with Duck Creek
