Job Summary

As a remote full-time Lead Duck Creek Developer on the Strategic Planning and Architecture team, the candidate will shape the strategy and delivery of complex insurance technology solutions, leading the design of product model solutions and technical architectures while collaborating with business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of innovative product model solutions and scalable technical architectures across the policy ecosystem
• Evaluate new business needs and conduct proofs of concept and feasibility assessments
• Take ownership of technical solutions from early planning through handoff to delivery teams

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years of related work experience programming and supporting software applications
• Completion of a technical training program and a minimum of 6 years of related work experience programming and supporting software applications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field and a minimum of 6 years of related work experience programming and supporting software applications
