Lead E-Learning Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Instructional Designer- E- Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze learning needs and define instructional goals in collaboration with SMEs
• Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using authoring tools
• Conduct quality assurance testing and manage content within Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Experience in designing eLearning content and curriculum development
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual and graphic design
