Job Summary

Driving analytics strategy and eCommerce performance, the full-time Lead eCommerce Analyst will manage complex data analysis, forecasting, and reporting while working in a hybrid or fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and lead Direct to Consumer (DTC) eCommerce data strategy to align with growth and revenue objectives
  • Develop forecasting and predictive models to support demand planning and inventory strategy
  • Oversee digital experimentation strategy, including A/B testing, to improve conversion rates and Average Order Value (AOV)
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; experience in lieu of degree may be considered
  • Minimum of eight years of experience in web analytics, focusing on strategy development and implementation
  • Advanced skills in web analytics tools, including Google Analytics 360, GA4, and Adobe Analytics
  • Experience with Tealium Tag Manager preferred
  • Extensive skills in creating and delivering reports and dashboards using tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI
