Job Summary
Building and stewarding strong, trust-based partnerships with immigrant-led organizations, the full-time Lead Ecosystem Partnerships & Convening will design and deliver capacity-sharing activities, ensure inclusive experiences, and support partners in systems change work in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of trust-based relationships with immigrant-led organizations and grassroots groups
- Co-author capacity-sharing and learning design, and innovative convening strategies, ensuring alignment with community power goals
- Develop and improve frameworks for measuring partner readiness to engage in systems change, translating insights into practical improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Justice, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in community partnerships and ecosystem building, preferably within the philanthropic sector
- Proven leadership experience in project management and team collaboration
- Strong facilitation skills and experience designing inclusive learning environments
- High-level knowledge of adult-learning theories and collective impact frameworks
