Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form and short-form YouTube videos, including audio string-out to final cut
• Design and animate data visualizations and mixed-media compositions to enhance viewer engagement
• Lead visual strategy meetings and provide actionable feedback to improve creative output and workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in editorial or documentary-style editing with motion design for digital video
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Strong editorial instincts with a focus on story structure and pacing
• Expertise in color grading and audio cleanup for YouTube content
• Experience in developing and maintaining design systems based on feedback and performance data
