Seeking a detail-oriented Lead Editor for Content Performance, this full-time remote position will manage the content reoptimization portfolio, ensuring high-quality, SEO-driven educational content is refreshed and performs effectively across core and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end reoptimization portfolio, prioritizing and scheduling content updates based on performance metrics
• Oversee daily operations of the reoptimization process, managing content agencies and freelance writers to maintain quality and efficiency
• Design and refine editorial workflows, integrating AI tools to enhance productivity while ensuring high editorial standards

Required qualifications

• Proven track record in improving SEO content performance, including experience with reoptimization programs
• Strong familiarity with data analysis tools such as Ahrefs and Google Analytics to inform editorial decisions
• Experience in developing AI-assisted editorial workflows that balance automation with human oversight
• Demonstrated editing skills with a focus on clarity, pacing, and accuracy in content
