Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the reoptimization calendar, ensuring timely updates and accountability for results
• Act as the main point of contact for content agencies and freelancers, managing workflow from brief to publication
• Design and refine editorial processes, integrating human and AI contributions to enhance content quality and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Proven track record in improving SEO content performance through effective roadmaps and KPIs
• Fluency in data analysis and tools such as Ahrefs and Google Analytics for informed editorial decisions
• Experience in designing AI-assisted editorial workflows, balancing automation with human expertise
• Strong editing skills with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and strategic content enhancement
• Experience working at scale, particularly in international or multi-market content environments
