Job Summary

Leading a team of educational sales consultants, the full-time remote Lead Educational Sales Consultant will establish sales strategies, manage a territory revenue target, and provide mentorship while focusing on K-12 educational technology sales in Ontario, Canada.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish sales strategy based on market conditions and develop metrics to meet revenue expectations
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of 2-3 educational sales consultants throughout the sales process
  • Maintain an independent sales pipeline and consistently meet individual and team sales goals
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Education or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably with a background in Educational Technology Sales
  • Complete understanding of the K-12 market
  • Prior sales management experience is preferred
  • Direct classroom experience is highly preferred
