Lead Electrical Design Engineer

Job Summary

Leading a team of design engineers, the full-time remote Lead Electrical Design Engineer will oversee project execution, provide mentorship, and ensure compliance with electrical standards while supporting the production facility with technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and redline engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with standards and project requirements
• Proactively suggest innovative solutions to design challenges as they arise
• Develop training programs and provide mentorship to enhance the skills of the engineering team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of design experience in power products
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Familiarity with AutoCAD drafting software
