• Lead the Perfect Screen functional team to track and improve digital shelf performance metrics
• Create and implement a holistic search strategy, ensuring effective keyword management and search performance measurement
• Train the organization on digital shelf best practices and facilitate methodology training for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Sales, Category Leadership, Insights, or eCommerce within the CPG industry
• Expertise in digital/eCommerce, particularly in SEO and digital shelf management
• Proven project management skills and organizational abilities
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting
• Ownership mentality with a focus on performance and data management
