Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Employee Relations Partner who will provide expert guidance on employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex employee relations efforts, including investigations and performance management
- Drive collaboration with Legal to develop risk mitigation protocols and manage high-risk cases
- Design and implement new approaches to performance management and corrective action
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience focused on employee relations
- Experience conducting investigations and managing complex employee relations cases
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
