Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Employee Relations Partner who will provide expert guidance on employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex employee relations efforts, including investigations and performance management
  • Drive collaboration with Legal to develop risk mitigation protocols and manage high-risk cases
  • Design and implement new approaches to performance management and corrective action
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience focused on employee relations
  • Experience conducting investigations and managing complex employee relations cases
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
