Lead End User Network Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting one of the largest commercial clients on the East Coast, the Lead End User Network Engineer will manage, troubleshoot, and optimize end-user network environments in a hybrid role that offers 40% remote work and significant career growth potential on a contract-to-permanent basis.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 3 operational support for campus networking, including wired, wireless, and authentication technologies across multiple sites
• Resolve complex end-user network incidents efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Act as escalation point for Cisco wired switching, Cisco ISE/ICE, Aruba wireless, and ClearPass authentication issues

Required qualifications

• Strong background in campus networking
• Proven expertise with Aruba wireless technologies
• Hands-on experience supporting complex authentication environments (ISE/ICE/ClearPass)
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for wired and wireless network incidents
• Eligible to work on a W-2 basis; authorized to work without sponsorship
