Job Summary
Leading the strategy and lifecycle management of endpoints, the full-time Lead Endpoint Support Engineer will oversee the configuration, deployment, and security of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the strategy and lifecycle management of desktops, laptops, and mobile endpoints for corporate and branch users
- Lead endpoint configuration, deployment, and management using Microsoft Intune, ensuring compliance and application deployment
- Manage endpoint security posture with Microsoft Defender, including threat detection and remediation across the device fleet
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of experience in endpoint engineering or desktop support, including 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role
- Hands-on experience managing endpoints with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender for endpoint security
- Experience evaluating and supporting Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) or virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
