Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Energy Market Analyst (Support).

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software products to ensure effective use by clients
Deliver training sessions and maintain educational resources for clients on product usage
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and assist in onboarding new clients

Required Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience in the energy sector and SaaS/cloud-based simulation environments
Degree in Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related field
Preferred knowledge of PLEXOS and/or AURORA energy software
Experience with programming languages such as C#, VBA, Python, and SQL
Strong understanding of energy market fundamentals and power plant operations
