Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Engagement Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Complex AI Engagements: Manage the delivery lifecycle for high-stakes professional services engagements
• Bridge Business & Technology: Translate client business goals into technical requirements for the delivery team
• Technical Risk Management: Identify and mitigate implementation risks related to data infrastructure and integrations

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience delivering complex software or data products for enterprise clients
• Experience in technical roles with progression into client-facing leadership roles
• Experience managing data science or machine learning projects
• Technical undergraduate degree; MBA preferred
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or cloud certifications preferred
