To support the growth of client fitness facilities, the remote Lead Engagement Specialist will manage leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and guide potential clients through the engagement process to facilitate appointments with sales associates.

• Manage and follow up on all leads from assigned clients using the Highlevel platform
• Communicate effectively with prospects while maintaining professionalism and tact
• Document interactions and report any issues, ensuring leads are tagged appropriately
