Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Engineer - Level IV.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in the design and evolution of a scalable SaaS platform for human services
• Architect and extend a microservices ecosystem for high configurability in data modeling and integrations
• Guide and mentor engineers, ensuring best practices in software design and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 8-12 years of experience as a software engineer
• Experience architecting microservice web applications, particularly with Java
• Experience leading feature development and mentoring team members
• Strong background in SaaS software engineering principles
