Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Engineer (Tech Lead).

Key Responsibilities

Drive delivery and make technical decisions for the core platform
Write and break down technical tickets to guide the engineering team
Collaborate with the CEO and Product Lead on future projects

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and Heroku
Experience leading or owning production-grade Ruby on Rails applications
Experience at an early startup with fewer than 20 engineers
Ability to maintain core working hours between 10am - 2pm EST
Located in the USA or Canada
