Lead Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Engineer - Provider Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers while coordinating engineering work across business functions
• Design, develop, and maintain API services and RPA automation solutions
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and support customer implementation projects

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with proven technical leadership
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript ecosystem in the cloud
• Deep expertise in PostgreSQL, including query optimization and schema design
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and automation systems
• Track record of leading small engineering teams or mentoring junior developers
