Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Supervise and mentor engineers, fostering a positive engineering culture and maintaining effective communication
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Sales to align engineering efforts with project milestones and client goals

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in building complex WordPress applications, including custom theme and plugin development
• Deep proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including modern frameworks like React
• Experience leading project teams for 3-5+ years and mentoring junior developers
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to clients and stakeholders
• Experience with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise WordPress hosting environments
