Lead Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Lead Engineer based in Greenwood, SC, who will monitor shop floor activities, create and review wiring diagrams for various equipment, and implement continuous improvement tools while potentially allowing for telecommuting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor shop floor activities and solve wiring diagram issues
• Create and review wiring diagrams for Metal Enclosed Breakers and other high-complexity jobs
• Implement design automation and continuous improvement tools to enhance on-time delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Seven years of experience in an engineering position
• Five years of experience in creating detail wiring diagrams for medium voltage applications
• Four years of experience in implementing continuous improvement tools
• One year of experience in creating training plans and knowledge sharing sessions
