Lead Engineer/Architect (.NET)
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Lead Engineer/Architect (.NET), this hands-on position will focus on software architecture and development, while also leading a small agile team, mentoring engineers, and driving AI adoption within the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement critical features and platform components while owning technical architecture decisions
- Lead an agile team by managing sprints, setting goals, and facilitating delivery commitments
- Champion the adoption of AI development tools and identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML capabilities into the platform
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, including production systems at scale
- Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET, with strong SQL and Microsoft SQL Server knowledge
- 3+ years in a technical lead or senior engineering lead role with direct team ownership
- Proven track record in designing scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and a commitment to advancing AI adoption in engineering teams
