Lead Engineer Architect (.NET)
Job Summary
To accelerate the build-out of a next-generation online banking platform for US banks and credit unions, the full-time remote Lead Engineer Architect (.NET) will architect and build using ASP.NET Core and C#, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and hands-on build the new ASP.NET Core / C# online banking platform, including system design and API contracts
- Lead and mentor a small agile team, managing sprints and ensuring delivery commitments
- Collaborate with technology leaders to translate business needs into effective solutions and drive engineering best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building modern, data-intensive .NET web applications with a proven track record in a tech lead or lead developer role
- Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET, along with strong SQL and REST API experience
- Proven experience in financial services or online banking, particularly with platforms serving US banks or credit unions
- Hands-on experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS), DevOps, and CI/CD processes
- Demonstrated experience in AI/LLM application development and real-time event-driven systems
