Lead Engineer C2SET
Job Summary
Serving as the senior technical leader, the full-time Lead Engineer, C2SET will manage the design, implementation, and sustainment of advanced C2SET software and simulation capabilities while working remotely and requiring a Secret clearance.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and advise development teams to ensure integrated modeling and simulation delivery for AOC and Joint operational training commitments
- Oversee full stack and agile software development across relevant modern languages and frameworks
- Ensure operational sustainment and improvement of C2SET capabilities as directed by government leads
Required qualifications
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in C++, Python, AFSIM, web services, and database/web application development
- Demonstrated skill with cloud-based services (AWS, Azure) and RESTful architectures
- At least 2 years' experience in military mission planning, operations, or wargaming
- At least 2 years of experience with simulation training, especially in AOC environments
- Proven senior knowledge and leadership in C5ISR M&S team management and full stack/agile development
