Lead Engineer, CSRE

Job Summary

As a full-time Lead Engineer, CSRE, working remotely, the successful candidate will enhance platform capabilities across multiple teams by providing mentorship, developing self-service solutions, and improving operational practices within the global engineering organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist engineering teams in maximizing the use of the developer platform, identifying and resolving issues
• Coach teams on resilience and operational practices, including SLOs and production readiness
• Develop self-service workflows and documentation to streamline common problems and enhance observability

Required qualifications

• Deep understanding of SRE principles, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
• Strong experience in designing and troubleshooting distributed systems
• Proficiency in improving observability and alerting in production environments
• Experience with production readiness practices, including disaster recovery validation
• Familiarity with LLM and AI-assisted tooling in engineering workflows
