Lead Engineer - Data Platforms

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Engineer - Data Platforms, Performance & Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of scalable, high-performance cloud-native data and application platforms
• Design and build agentic AI systems for autonomous reasoning and task execution across engineering workflows
• Act as a senior technical leader, mentoring engineers and driving architectural decisions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in building and operating scalable, distributed, cloud-native systems
• Strong experience with end-to-end system design, data generation, and performance engineering
• Hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Node.js (TypeScript preferred) and Python
• Deep knowledge of AWS services and experience with Infrastructure as Code tools
• Experience with AI/ML systems in production, including model integration and operationalization
