Lead Engineer (Drupal)

Job Summary

Lead Engineer (Drupal), responsible for driving the technical direction and delivery of complex digital experiences across multiple client engagements in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture, development, and delivery of complex digital projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical approaches and delivery plans
• Guide engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers across the team

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of software or web development experience, preferably in an agency or consulting environment
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, PHP, and modern front-end/back-end frameworks
• Advanced experience with Drupal and WordPress CMS platforms
• Deep understanding of the LAMP stack and experience with cloud hosting platforms
• Ability to lead technical decision-making while remaining hands-on in execution
