Job Summary
Serving as the supreme technical authority for medium and low-voltage electrical systems, the full-time Lead Engineer, Electrical Systems will manage advanced forensic investigations, engineering design mandates, and proactive fleet auditing while working remotely from Arizona, Texas, or Florida.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead deep-dive forensic analyses during critical electrical incidents and implement corrective actions
- Review engineering documentation for new capital projects and issue Engineering Change Orders to address vulnerabilities
- Conduct rigorous audits of electrical systems to ensure compliance with operational protocols and maintenance standards
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in advanced electrical systems, particularly in hyperscale data center infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent specialized training/experience
- Expertise in medium and low-voltage systems, UPS topologies, and power quality analysis
- Proven ability to translate operational findings into fleet-wide engineering policy
- Strong executive communication skills for presenting technical risks to senior leadership
