Lead Engineer, End User Computing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Engineer, End User Computing (EUC).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve the end-to-end employee computing experience and success metrics
• Engineer user lifecycle workflows and implement access controls in collaboration with Information Security
• Design and maintain endpoint management platforms for macOS and Windows, ensuring reliability and automation

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in End User Computing, Endpoint Engineering, or related roles
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, endpoint management platforms, and Microsoft 365
• Ability to balance security requirements with end-user experience through risk-based decisions
• Experience in designing and standardizing EUC solutions using a test-first approach
• Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor engineers and drive process adoption
