Lead Engineer - Fleet Management
Job Summary
To support engineering initiatives, the full-time remote Lead Engineer - Fleet Management will execute product service projects, provide technical solutions for equipment-related issues, and mentor less experienced engineers while collaborating across functions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical investigations and provide guidance on engineering requests
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and present technical data to stakeholders
- Author technical documentation and participate in root cause analysis investigations for equipment non-conformances
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Moderate experience in product service, field service, or related engineering roles
- Demonstrated technical problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Experience with steam turbine design or servicing is desired
