Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Lead Engineer for an AI Email App, this remote position will manage the technical design and execution of major products and engineering initiatives while remaining hands-on with coding, system design, and mentoring engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and execution of major products, features, and engineering initiatives
- Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure
- Mentor engineers and provide actionable feedback on technical designs and code reviews
Required qualifications
- Strong software engineering background with experience building and shipping production systems
