Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Engineer for Discover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to develop the discovery feed and recommendations engine
• Collaborate with the CEO and co-founders to redefine discovery in the creator economy
• Design and implement large-scale machine learning systems to achieve product/market fit

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in machine learning or recommendation systems
• Experience in building or scaling feeds and large-scale consumer-facing ML products
• Strong backend and data engineering skills, including system design and productionizing ML models
• Deep understanding of consumer app dynamics related to discovery and recommendation
• Proficiency in English at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5
