Lead Engineer - Full Stack
Job Summary
To support the growth of the company, the full-time remote Lead Engineer - Full Stack will own the architecture and delivery of full-stack solutions, guide a distributed engineering team, and drive technical strategy aligned with product goals across web and API layers.
Key responsibilities
- Own the architecture, quality, and delivery of the Angular application and related APIs/services
- Lead and mentor a geographically distributed team, fostering a strong engineering culture and accountability
- Drive technical roadmap decisions and align them with product goals, timelines, and the broader engineering organization
Required qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years focused on full-stack development
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented Design principles and experience with high-transaction systems
- Proven full-stack capability with experience in cross-browser and cross-platform development
- Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams across time zones with strong personal accountability
- Experience with CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and open-source technologies
