Lead Engineer - Generative AI

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Lead Engineer - Generative AI, this position will manage the development of assessments applications while ensuring alignment with engineering best practices and enterprise architecture, and will support operational maintenance and troubleshooting in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and deliver Generative AI solutions to enhance products and internal tooling
• Coach and mentor engineers on integrating AI into daily workflows and champion the use of GitHub Copilot
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application reliability and advocate for product team needs

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in full stack software engineering
• B.A. or B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proficiency with GitHub Copilot and experience in prompt engineering
• Azure certifications preferred, including AI-102 (Azure AI Engineer Associate)
• Experience in machine learning fundamentals and natural language processing preferred
