Lead Engineer, Incident Management
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Engineer, Enterprise Incident & Change Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve incident and change management frameworks using data-driven insights
- Design and implement automation solutions for incident response and management
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members while ensuring alignment with best practices
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of software development experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD frameworks
- Strong proficiency in IaC tools and experience with CI/CD pipeline design and automation
- Experience with distributed cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS resources
- Strong coding/scripting experience for automation tasks using various programming languages
- Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks, especially incident and change management
