Lead Engineer, Merchandise Technology
Job Summary
Driving technical execution across global merchandising technology platforms, the full-time Lead Engineer, Merchandise Technology will lead engineering efforts, guide solution implementation, and ensure high-quality delivery while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and implementation of solutions aligned with business and architectural standards
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, including API-first and cloud-native approaches
- Mentor engineers and coordinate work across onshore and offshore teams to deliver against shared goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7-10+ years of experience building and supporting enterprise applications
- Strong experience with modern application development, including APIs and cloud platforms
- Experience designing or implementing AI/ML-enabled solutions in enterprise systems preferred
- Experience leading engineering teams or technical initiatives
