Lead Engineer - Microsoft 365

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Engineer - Productivity Platforms - Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers while providing hands-on technical leadership and setting engineering standards
• Oversee engineering and operational support for Microsoft 365 workloads, Power BI, and SQL Server platforms
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues and participate in incident response and post-incident reviews

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting enterprise collaboration, data, or productivity platforms
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading engineers or serving as a technical lead
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services, Power BI, and SQL Server
• Experience operating in regulated environments such as financial services or healthcare is preferred
• Proficiency in Azure concepts and familiarity with AWS fundamentals
