Lead Engineer - Microsoft 365

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Engineer - Productivity Platforms - Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers while providing hands-on technical leadership
• Oversee engineering and operational support for Microsoft 365 services, Power BI, and SQL Server platforms
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues and ensure platform governance and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise collaboration, data, or productivity platforms
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or technical lead role
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services, Power BI, and SQL Server
• Familiarity with Azure concepts and cloud security principles
• Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Office 365 and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure
